Everything is small! Two beds pushed together without a mattress topper to give the illusion of a double bed. The toilet is inaccessible from a comfortable sitting position... and this in a so-called superior room! The noise from the doors and the elevator is excessive, and the cleaning lady is rather inconspicuous on January 1st. To top it all off, the breakfast hours are inconvenient on January 1st—10 a.m. at the latest, which is pointless on that day. In short, the establishment seems nice at first glance, but it needs improvement. What a shame.

Huge disappointment!! And a huge deception! We chose this hotel because of the photos with the beautiful pool and because it was a 4-star hotel. - The hotel is located next to the highway, you can hear buses, cars, and the subways, making it impossible to hear each other by the pool during the day (see photo). - The hotel is poorly designed, with a side entrance through the basement. The common areas are nothing special. - 1 coffee on the first day, for the other days you had to pay €3 per capsule. I've never seen that in a 4-star or 3-star hotel; normally, they refill their coffee in the room every day. In short, I do not recommend it. Positive point: the bedding

Hotel that has luxury only the price ... we stayed there from August 11 to 18, 2025 my wife my children and I ... On the day of departure, I returned the room card to the reception, paid the tourist taxes as well as the extras that we had consumed and I asked if everything was settled and for the deposit in bank imprint, the reception told me everything is ok, so we are distributed to another destination to continue our vacation 400 km from Cannes, and 2 days later to my great surprise I notice on my online bank a debit of 400 euros coming from the hotel in Paris, I contacted them for explanations and there a reception manager who does not know how to align 1 word in front of the other implies to me that 1 duvet 1 cover and 1 mixer are missing from the room, which made me lose my temper, I told them are you accusing me of theft? For your information, the price of the apartment hotel cost me 4500 euros per week and then I told her the mere fact of accusing, of doubting your customers is shameful and dirty and this lady who is not professional at all did not know how to answer me except: send an e-mail of complaint.... In short, this is the manners of thugs and not worthy of a real hotel. So, now I am waiting for the follow-up to this matter and will never again set foot as a customer in this thieving hotel in my life. I will not let them go until I win my case and receive an apology from this shabby establishment, in short, very bad experiences
