Loved Golden Villas! Rooms are lovely and extremely comfortable. Host was very welcoming and helpful. It's a bit out of the way so a car is a must but honestly the place was so nice driving 10 minutes to the beach was no issue.

I had to cancel my reservation for January 4, 2026, due to unforeseen circumstances. I informed them within the allotted time, and they rudely stated they couldn't cancel it. I've never seen a hotel before that doesn't allow cancellations or changes to reservations. Terrible service. Therefore, I am suing them.

We arrived on a hot and rainy Wednesday (very tropical weather, it only took 3 minutes at most) to "the happy island". We didn't really know why that phrase was appearing everywhere, but it didn't take us half an hour to figure it out. Marta appeared, with a huge smile, asking us if we had waited long at the door, which wasn't even 30 seconds... Without asking us too many questions, Marta pointed to the apartment and said, "That must be yours." She opened the doors of paradise to us, our little house on the happy island for the next 8 days. Marta, very attentive and with her smile, began recommending places to eat and beaches to visit. She also told us that she's from Spain and that she religiously goes to the happy island for three months every year to visit her family (her son Ricard, owner of that wonderful place with something magical inside). Now we can talk about Ricard and his wife, whom we had the pleasure of meeting on the last day of our stay. Ricard, a person with an immense heart, allowed us to enjoy our last day on the happy island. They even let us shower so we could travel refreshed after three hours of checking out—that speaks volumes about Ricard's kindness. Thinking back, Marta mentioned Santa, the person in charge of leaving our little house spotless, sand-free, and smelling like home. Luckily, we had the pleasure of meeting her on our last day, the day we returned from the beach to take our refreshing shower. In the distance, we heard a heavenly voice saying, "I left clean towels on the table," so sweet and full of love. As its name perfectly describes it… Thank you Golden Villas, you made our stay a wonderful experience… with beach towels, a lounge chair for each of us, and even a cooler to carry our belongings (yes, that's what we call it in Argentina). Thank you Golden Villas, I hope to see you again soon; we were very happy on the Happy Island! PS: I would look into improving the Wi-Fi 🫶🏼
