There was no greeting from the receptionist when we entered. But he could ask 'yes WHY?' with that arrogant tone. People must have come to check in and they were tired of having to face this kind of service. We arrived half an hour early. The door was locked and we couldn't enter early so we waited outside which was okay because we understood the procedure. But many other hotels only allow you to enter early and wait near the lobby. As for the first time entering, the way he asked was really rude. MALAY MALE STAFF. Remember that we are like a couple who want to do something immoral to check in🤣. Don't judge people like that. The hotel is also ok. Maybe the first and last check in here. After all, we are family. Yes, my husband and I only went in when we were checking in. This is the first time we had to receive service like this even though we have checked in many cheap hotels before but the others had good service but not this hotel. Only when we told them to book a family room did they treat us well!!! OVERALLL BADDD SERVICESSSS

The hotel is very good and comfortable. Initially I did not expect high with prices and two stars but beyond suspicion the place was clean and the room was very comfortable. Then the staff in the hotel are very responsive and friendly. Very recommendations if you go to Malacca can stay here. This hotel is also close to the hospital
