We stayed here for a few days in the summer. We fell in love with this hotel forever! We didn't even want to leave the house. The staff is wonderful. The breakfasts are delicious and generous. Not all hotels offer Balinese coffee for breakfast, but this one does. The massages at the spa are top-notch. The rooms are spacious, with jungle views. Two pools, breathtaking views. Right in the center of Ubud, a wonderful location. We had a bottle of wine with us – the staff brought a corkscrew and beautiful glasses to our room at our request. The robes in the room are so comfortable and nice that we bought some to take with us (the hotel provides this service). We would love to stay there again when we fly to Bali!!! P.S. One piece of advice – be sure to close the balcony door – monkeys came to visit us on the balcony))) We were in the room, so they went off to do their business, so cute!

My overall experience at Goya Boutique Resort was disappointing. While the staff were friendly and the service was generally good, I have several important concerns about my stay: 1. The hotel is extremely quiet and seems more suitable for older guests. I would not recommend it for young couples or people looking for a lively atmosphere. 2. There is no gym or fitness facility in the hotel. 3. There is no kids’ room or childcare area. 4. The dinner restaurant was very disappointing. The prices are quite high, but the food quality was not good. 5. The cleanliness was not satisfactory, and I informed the hotel manager about this issue. 6. My child was bitten by insects while sleeping in the bedroom. It seems that insects can enter the room, although I am not sure how. Honestly, I would not recommend staying at this hotel again. I paid around $300 per night, and unfortunately the stay was not worth the cost.

We had an amazing stay in February 2026 at Goya. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The staff truly go above and beyond to make you feel special. The food was fantastic, with a great variety at breakfast and delicious options throughout our stay. Every meal felt fresh and beautifully presented. The views are breathtaking, pictures do not do it justice. Waking up to lush jungle scenery and relaxing by the stunning infinity pool overlooking the greenery was the best. Our room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with every comfort you could want. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the balcony was the perfect place to unwind. If you're looking for a peaceful luxury escape in Ubud, this resort delivers on every level. We would 100% stay here again, I highly recommended.
