GR Solaris Cancun & Spa - All Inclusive

I would recommend going to this hotel. First the food was really good in the buffet when we ate breakfast. But I’m not talking about the Marco Polo one that we eat disgusting Italian food but the dessert was good. Second the beach, it was so 5 star the sand is so white and the sea is so blue light blue like cyan. And next it’s the pool, 5 STAR it was perfect for little kids because it’s not that deep it was only 4 feet 1.25 meters and there is even a net for volleyball so we can play in but the only bad thing about the pool is that there is a jacuzzi that only allows adults and 18+. But wait there is other fun things there is multiple bars and delicious food outside the hotel. Next the service they were so nice to us and they are so hardworking. Next the location, it was perfect one side of the hotel could see a nice and warming lake with a lot of nature and a field where we can play golf, and the other side of the hotel gets a view of the amazing beach and the and pool. In the first floor in the hotel, at night there is like a bar where we can relax and play board games like those little football (soccer) tiles and pool. But now it’s the rooms they really improved because there is a nice tv comfy beds and a nice view. To end it all with, whenever we go outside to the pool or beach wherever you go, and then come back to your room there’s always staff that cleans your room. And don’t worry if you have valuable stuff and you think the staff is going to take it you can just put it in a vault where no one can steal your stuff. You should come to this hotel I loved it.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ 4/5 – Fantastic Stay With Incredible Staff I recently stayed at this hotel for my holidays, and overall it was an amazing experience. The staff truly made the whole trip feel special. They are incredibly hard-working people, and you can really see how much they care about making guests feel at home. A huge shoutout to the entertainment team — Israel, Ruben, and Itza — they did an absolutely outstanding job. They brought so much energy, fun, and warmth every single day. I also want to give a big thank you to the pool bar crew, especially Irwing, for always being friendly, quick, and just great to be around. The hotel itself has a brilliant location. There’s a bus stop literally just down the street beside the hotel, which is super handy for getting around. As for the food, it was good, but a bit repetitive. There was always chicken, pork, and fish, but the choices didn’t change much from night to night, so after a while it felt a bit samey. That said, everything tasted nice, and you’re definitely never going to go hungry — there’s always plenty available. Despite the limited variety in the meals, I would absolutely come back. The atmosphere, the people, and the overall comfort really made it feel like a home away from home. Everything you need is right there, and the kindness of the staff truly leaves a lasting impression. Highly recommend — and I’d happily return!
