The food has deteriorated, we were there in September and it was better and tastier. The family rooms were also disappointing.

The location is good, the hotel is nice and tidy, but there is still room for improvement. The service is very, very poor and definitely not up to the declared stars. The restaurant and lounge area were particularly disappointing. Why are there white gloves when the staff is arrogant, the communication culture is completely inappropriate in the service sector, and no one has heard of the need to greet someone in a basic way. It's a shame, but I don't recommend it for today.

We are not spoiled for comfort. This was our first time at the hotel. We have been elsewhere as well.. We liked the pleasant communication, politeness and helpfulness of the staff. The rooms are simple but tidy. There is everything you need. The food is very good, we enjoyed mussels, mouth-watering beef, an abundance of fruit and a variety of salads… We also liked the procedures. Maybe we were lucky, but the service staff are professionals! On the first day we visited the new sauna and swimming pool area. It is impressive, but the abundance of people was tiring. The outdoor pool was disappointing… It was slippery to get to it, it was freezing at night… the water was too cold in outdoor conditions… But another discovery was the N-18 swimming pool and sauna area. Here we had to enjoy the saunas alone or with minimal company. Well, there are no those perfect images of photographer Jovaiša… but how much privacy! Of course, the price is considerable. But we would definitely come back again…and I think you will have something to surprise!!! By the way, special thanks for your attention. My husband celebrated his birthday…we found sparkling wine in an ice bucket and two glasses in the room!!!Thank you!
