Spectacular hotel. It offers all kinds of activities, two buffet restaurants with an excellent selection of food. Spotlessly clean throughout and with exceptionally friendly staff. Even with a large number of guests, there's never any overcrowding.

Both the staff's treatment and the facilities were disappointing, except for a couple of employees, Florin "cook" and Elena "receptionist at the spa service", who were both extremely polite and helpful.

A terrible experience. Never return. The food was awful. The only good thing was the grill service, where Florin very kindly served us, and the attention from Elena, the spa receptionist, who was wonderful.
