This resort fully met our expectations and even exceeded them. We had an amazing view of Mount Teide even from a standard room, and the ocean and beach views from the hotel are truly unforgettable. The staff were extremely polite and attentive, and the service was flawless , no issues or complaints at all. The territory is large, beautifully maintained, and you can really tell that everything is well looked after. We stayed with a child, and there are plenty of activities for kids. There’s also a kids’ club where you can leave your child with dedicated staff as an extra option, which is very convenient. Thank you for such a great experience!

Our stay at Hotel Palacio de Isora was simply wonderful, an experience that exceeded all our expectations from the very first moment. The surroundings are spectacular, with views of the ocean and Mount Teide that convey a peace that is hard to describe. The facilities are spacious and beautifully maintained, with an atmosphere that perfectly combines luxury, tranquility, and nature. Everything invites you to relax, unwind, and enjoy at your own pace. We would like to make a very special mention of the Oasis Restaurant, which was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our trip. The quality of the food is excellent, with flavorful dishes, beautifully presented and prepared with great care. Every meal became a special moment thanks not only to the cuisine, but also to the warm, friendly, and professional service provided by the entire team. In particular, we would like to highlight Bea, Javi, and Erika, three people who truly make a difference and turn the service into something exceptional. Their kindness, constant attention, friendliness, and dedication made us feel at home from the very first day. Always with a smile, attentive to every detail, and eager to make our experience even more special. It is clear when people work with passion and care, and they convey this in every gesture. Overall, Hotel Palacio de Isora is a place we would definitely love to return to. A beautiful hotel in a privileged setting, with top-quality gastronomy and, above all, a human team that turns a simple stay into an unforgettable memory. We stayed with Circle Blue and the service we received from the Cicle team, led by Barbara, was exceptional. We wanted for nothing, and everything we asked for was provided (except for the sports kit, which we requested twice and never received). The hotel is enormous, and perhaps that's why the staff doesn't feel as personal as in some of the chain's smaller hotels. The facilities are spectacular, the gym is fully equipped, the spa is incredible, the saltwater infinity pool is amazing, and the heated children's pool is delightful. The food options are extensive and varied, with some highlights and some lowlights. Highlights include: Pangea (quite acceptable buffet for lunch and breakfast), Dúo (a good option), Nami (very good Asian food and our favorite), L'olio (Italian, could be improved), Oasis (a good lunch option), and I've saved Le Bistrot Provenzal for last. With your stay, you get a free "experience" at this restaurant run by two famous chefs from the island. The "experience" was awful. We waited over 40 minutes for arugula salad, another 30 minutes for a soup, and another 30 minutes for the braised beef cheeks. We ended up leaving after two hours for three courses (two of them cold and the braised beef cheeks). Aside from the wait, the menu was very underwhelming due to its simplicity. We were very disappointed with this restaurant. The workshops they offer are ALL really cool and fun, especially the jewelry workshop. Marcelo and his daughter are fantastic. Finally, a big thank you to the entire entertainment team, but especially to Sarah and Davinia, with whom we spent the most time. Great job!!!
