Great location, friendly and helpful staff, rooms not too small.

The location is excellent, surrounded by a bustling area, making shopping and dining very convenient. The room is fairly large; two 29-inch suitcases could be opened without blocking the aisle. However, there's only one power outlet by the bed, which is very inconvenient. It also has the worst bidet toilet I've ever used. The internet connection is unstable; even when connected to Wi-Fi, it frequently drops. Towels aren't replenished if you choose not to have the room cleaned. The soundproofing isn't great either; you can clearly hear noises in the hallway. Overall, I would consider this location again, but I would choose a different hotel.

I wanted to like this hotel but it commits too many offenses to ever recommend staying here. Starting with the good, the room is reasonably sized for Japan, the beds were more comfortable than most of the hotels I've slept on here so far, but overall about a 5/10 on actual comfort. There is a washer dryer on the 2nd floor, and other basic amenities available that you find in most hotels. The location is good, only a few minutes from the station and directly next to a 7/11. For the bad, the biggest thing was the fact that the hotel controls the AC for every room and there is 0 negotiations for adjustments, they just tell you to open a window which lets in bugs and the loud traffic/outdoor noise which you already hear, even worse. This is unacceptable for a hotel as our room was very hot and it was not very comfortable. Next was the noise, the walls here are so insanely thin, you hear every guest around and above you, constant sounds of suitcases slamming, heavy steps and God knows what else at all hours leaves you feeling stressed and struggling to relax. Combined with the fact that you can hear construction and traffic from outside it really leaves you with an unpleasant experience. For some other minor negatives to this place, there's a wopping single outlet for you to use in the main part of the room, so if you have many electronics to charge you're screwed. The other available outlet is in the bathroom or directly next to the door which is inconvenient to actually use. The bathroom has a huge step to get into it which makes it very easy to bust your butt if you've been drinking or just wake up in the middle of the night to use it and forget. Regarding the washer and dryer, this hotel has 8 floors of rooms, and a whole 2 washers and dryers for guests to use. Your odds of actually getting a free washer are slim. And should you manage to get lucky and find an open one you will discover that unlike most hotels this one you have to buy your own detergent! Oh and the washer and dryer cost as much to use as any other hotel. Overall this hotel reeks of cheap business practices and anti customer attitude so that the owners can save a few bucks.
