We chose this hotel as our honeymoon destination. Everything was wonderful, the only problem being that despite selecting a standard sea view and paying accordingly, we were given a partial room (half land, half sea view) and told there were no rooms available. If that's the case, why didn't they take the money for a partial room upfront, or if there weren't any available at that time, why did they take my money and book a room in advance? We'll be going again this year, and we specifically requested an upper floor with a full sea view. If the same thing happens again, I will be forced to file a complaint with the relevant authorities.

This was my second visit to the hotel; my last stay was in 2022. I chose this hotel again this summer. Despite checking in at 9 am, the fact that guests who arrived after us went to their rooms first and we were the last was a complete disappointment. We didn't make a big deal out of it, but we experienced a second shock when we entered the room: the air conditioning wasn't working. Although we booked a room with a balcony, it was only partially enclosed by walls, almost nonexistent. The blinds were broken. We immediately requested a change, but because the hotel was full, they made us stay in a room that I wouldn't even call a room for one night. They changed our room early the next morning upon our request. There's much more to say about the room, but I'll move on to the other services. The sea was beautiful, but only slightly cloudy, which we didn't find too problematic. The pool was clean and adequate. The quality of the drinks was very good. I would say the food was average; it could have been better in terms of variety and taste, especially the desserts, which were very, very bad. The general cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms was good. I want to mention one thing: there are too many foreign employees at the hotel, most of whom don't speak Turkish, making communication difficult. This negatively affects your vacation. Most of the staff are unfriendly and seem reluctant. I'd like to extend a separate thank you to Mr. Hasan from guest relations, who asked every day if we had any problems. We reported a problem with the room, and it was resolved the next day. Finally, Etstur, the hotel's sole sales agent in Turkey, didn't assist us before, during, or after our stay. I didn't even see the guide, which was a major shortcoming. I can say that the quality has dropped significantly in 2022. I will not choose this hotel again.
