The hotel has no entertainment, everything closes sharp at 11:55 PM, the bar by the pool as well. And the club closes sharp at 2:00 AM, there are no special parties. Half the functions in our room did not work, the hotel staff did not respond at all, and were rude. The girl at the reception is from Kazakhstan!!!! And the most interesting thing is, they offered to write a good review for a bottle of champagne!!! Hello, is this even normal? The receptionist told me, is it important for you to use Bluetooth in the room and a hairdryer. Do you consider this adequate communication???? We were not even offered to check into another room. Absolutely terrible. Regarding the food, I can’t say it was wow. But everything was fine, and sometimes it was not very tasty. The music by the pool turns off sharply at 5:00 PM, and then there is no more music. Cameos on the beach, we cut ourselves while swimming, and our feet were cut. Would I go to this hotel again? Definitely not... it's a failure.

Location and Distance: The hotel is located approximately two hours (+/-) by shuttle bus from Antalya Airport (AYT). It is an adults-only hotel; both the rooms and the atmosphere are clearly geared towards adults. A bazaar and a bus stop are located opposite the hotel, making it easy to access the surrounding area. 6-10 stars Beach: EXACTLY AS IN THE PHOTOS The beach is very narrow, so the sun loungers are packed closely together. This significantly restricts personal space and offers little privacy. Nevertheless, the beach visually matches the previously published photos. Despite the high number of guests, the beach bar is staffed by only one bartender, which slows down service. The bartender, Cihan, is competent and friendly, but works rather slowly when the hotel is busy. Overall, the beach area could be improved, especially considering the standards of a 5-star hotel. 6-10 stars Reception and Front Desk: For a hotel of this category, the reception is surprisingly sparsely staffed, especially late at night. Upon our arrival, only a receptionist and a bellboy were present, while the reception manager was working in the guest relations manager's office. The reception area felt dark, the bar was closed, and the welcoming atmosphere was limited. A bellboy was supposed to greet guests at the entrance and assist with luggage; unfortunately, this only happened after we had already arrived at reception. This was a disappointing experience for a hotel of this category. 4-10 Rooms: The rooms are adequate for a short stay. However, the television does not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel: it's a basic brand with few channels and no smart TV functionality, so neither mobile phone nor streaming connections are possible. The bathroom was clean, the shower modern and spacious, the mattresses comfortable and clean, and the air conditioning and internet were fantastic. 7-10 Service: The service staff at the bar, in the restaurant, and in housekeeping sometimes had shortcomings in their foreign language skills, which is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. On a positive note, individual employees deserve special mention – namely Sinan (restaurant), a young woman named Özgnur (I think), Samet (bar), and Dilan (service) – who are friendly, attentive, responsive to guests, and communicate professionally. 7-10 Kitchen Staff: Poor The kitchen staff shows clear weaknesses in guest management. Guests are often ignored, greetings or conversations about tastes and preferences are rare, and staff rarely smile. Sometimes, staff members sit down at guest tables shortly before the end of their shift, which is unusual in an establishment of this category. 2 out of 10. Culinary Offerings: The selection of dishes varies only minimally between breakfast, lunch, and dinner, resulting in significant repetition. The food is often cold, unappealing, and overall disappointing. For these reasons, we award only 5 out of 10 points. Fitness and Spa Area: The way guests are treated in the spa and fitness area appears to be heavily performance-driven. There is hardly any water in the refrigerator, the fitness equipment is old, dirty, and some of it is broken. The sauna is clean and modern, but the hammam only has lukewarm water, not the usual temperature.
