A lovely stay in Colombo. The city itself isn't particularly attractive, but the hotel more than makes up for it. The rooms are very clean and are cleaned daily. Room service is excellent. There's a beautiful rooftop infinity pool, and food and drinks are available at all times. Breakfast is very good, as are the spa treatments. Mihiranga Tharushi is a fantastic hotel manager, and after checkout, I was even allowed to stay a little longer to enjoy a coffee.

Granbell Hotel is very nice! The room was very stylish, with a beautiful Japanese-style washlet in the bathroom. The rooftop has an amazing view, and the service everywhere—reception, pool, rooftop, and restaurant—was top-notch. Everyone was so friendly and always smiling, from the concierge service to the baggage assistance. We also had dinner at the Japanese restaurant in the hotel. The food and service were exceptional. Special thanks to Anthony, Alexandr, and the entire team. We enjoyed very good coffee in the lobby several times, along with some snacks. Amazing experience overall. it was a very pleasant experience. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, The room had a beautiful sea view, which gave a very relaxing and refreshing vibe. Waking up to the ocean view and spending time in the room was truly enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly, polite, and always ready to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. I would especially like to thank them for their kindness and understanding during my first booking, which I had to cancel at the very last moment because my son fell sick. They kindly rescheduled the booking to a new date that was convenient for me, without any issues. I am truly thankful for their support and flexibility.
