I came here for 1 week in September all inclusive, i had to eat out almost every night as the food was disgusting and had flies swarming around it. breakfast wasn’t even breakfast it was cold chips from the night before and the staff there still had their pajamas on. the guy i booked all of my excursions with (Sedar) didn’t give me a refund when i asked for one. as for the hotel room, everything was broke. the water in the bathroom at one point was cold, reported it to reception and they said they would sort it, after a few hours if finally started to work again. the paintwork is coming off the walls in the rooms and there’s marks and stains everywhere you look. the AC also didn’t work at times. the curtain also fell down when i closed it, cleaners had been in to clean but completely ignored the fact that the curtain was on the floor. the mirror in the elevator was broke and the wifi only worked in certain areas of the reception. i had to pay an extra €10 for wifi in my room. the only good thing about the hotel was the location, it was very close to the beach and the Alanya strip, close to all of the shops and restaurants. very good nightlife but overall the hotel was awful. no entertainment absolutely crap and the pool was boring. no music or anything, wouldn’t recommend this hotel and definitely not for the price i payed.
