I've never seen a place so dirty and with such rude people. There was hair on the bed, in the bathtub, and dirt everywhere. You stepped on the floor and dirt stuck to it. I told reception and they did nothing. The room had two bathrooms, one with a broken toilet and the other with a door that wouldn't close from the inside. But the worst part was the staff's politeness; they didn't even respond to a "good morning," except for the beach staff and valet. I said "good morning" to the ice cream shop employee and she didn't say good morning back, just told me to go to the queue. Not to mention the $60 USD tourist tax and the $58 USD valet parking per night. I've never been so happy to leave a place.

For starters, We arrived to a room with a broken toilet and had no choice but to use the bathroom in the lobby for the long while that it took them to get it fixed. That night we woke up sweating from a non working air conditioner! The room was hot and unbearable. It took a while for them to figure out the issue until the room finally cooled off. But the next day upon returning to the room to go to sleep, we found the room bitter cold !!!!!! After all that, the AC was still not functioning properly and we had to switch to a different room in the late pm of the night. That night at 1:00am we were woken up by a false FIRE ALARM And were forced to run down 18 flights of stairs in our sleep to find out from the fire agents that it was a faulty sensor!!! After confronting the front desk the very next day, the lady told us that for the inconvenience of the bathroom not working she refunded the resort fee and assured that by check out, we will be granted a refund for all of the other unexpected disturbances. The morning of check out, we spoke with the manager by the name of KENNER ELIZALDE (who saw on the computer all the details of our experience) and we requested that he deliver on the promise to provide adequate compensation. To our surprise, he said he cannot give us a refund but will give us 25% off our next stay and a nice room.!!!!!!!!!!(that’s a discount you give to any regular person who requests a better price!!) With this kind of experience and then this kind of response, we were left with a lot of regret, and felt misled and tricked. Next time check all reviews before making a decision
