Stayed there the weekend after new year’s and really regretting it. Literally anywhere else would have been better. There isn’t anything good I can say that can’t be found anywhere else. Reservations weren’t honored, rooms were dirty and designed for one person (no dots on the bathroom). The one word which describes it: incompetence

This used to be our fave hotel in Asheville, we have stayed her a dozen times. But I will never stay here again. It’s seriously gone downhill. From the moment we got here it was a joke. No one answered the phone at the front desk we had to go downstairs every time we needed something. Our air con broke and we waited an hour for someone to show up to fix it and finally my husband had to go downstairs again to ask for another room. They used to supply luxury bath items now what they offer no better than what they offer at a hotel 6. We went downstairs this morning to have breakfast and were told we couldn’t as they were closed for an event. I could see people eating in there. They never mentioned this when we booked or checked in and when we mentioned it upon checking out they said unless we bought a “ breakfast package with our room” too bad. What? This room was $300 a night. I will never not should anyone stay here. Only friendly people were the kids doing the valet service who were wonderful. Too bad Bohemian. I also because of this decided not purchase the sculpture and the Stevie earrings we told Constance in the gallery we would be back for
