The location is good in terms of proximity to the center, but the rooms facing the street are noisy. Also, and most importantly, the heating system is inadequate; the air conditioners aren't used during the winter, making it very cold at night. The central heating system is insufficient and doesn't really help. So if you're going to stay here, you should be prepared for the cold and noise. The breakfast isn't very good either; I'd say it's standard.

When I first entered the room, there was an extremely foul odor. We had requested a triple room, but they had placed a bed in the middle of the room without legs. There were handprints on the mirrors, and hair, strands, and stains on the beds. There was a casino and nightclub right across from the hotel; it's not in a good location. We almost got stuck in the elevator; it was about to shut down. When we left the room, there were only two empty drink glasses left; they could have at least taken those away. The bathrooms were a mess; the shower cabin was dirty, and I won't even mention the toilet. There was toilet paper on top of the trash can. We came as a group, and all the rooms had the same problems. Some of the doors were broken and wouldn't even lock. The food and desserts were uncovered. There was no hygiene or safety whatsoever. I would never recommend coming here. The location is bad, the hotel is bad, your whole day will be wasted. Don't come.
