I stayed here for 8 consecutive nights, from February 10th to 17th, 2026, at a great price thanks to booking several months in advance. The location is excellent; it's a short walk to Kanda train station, and the area is quiet. There are several convenience stores and restaurants near the hotel. The housekeeping staff will clean your room daily if you leave a sign outside your room informing them before you leave. In addition to vending machines for water, ice, and other necessities, there is also a washing machine and dryer available. However, it's a bit of a walk as it's located at the back of the hotel, accessible only via the fire escape on the 2nd floor. You have to buy your own detergent from the vending machine, but it's inexpensive at only 50 Yen. The staff were friendly, and everything was perfect for me. I felt very safe and comfortable staying here. Therefore, I would definitely return if I have the opportunity.

January 15, 2026 - I visited this hotel while walking the 57 stations of the Tokaido Highway. - It's an older business hotel, but the rooms have been renovated to a certain extent. - The front desk staff were very friendly and gentlemanly, as you'd expect from a long-established establishment. - I had a comfortable stay.

I stayed at the Grand Central Hotel in Kanda. It's easily accessible, about a 10-minute walk from Kanda Station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, so even if you arrive late, you won't have to worry about finding something to eat. There's a wide variety of options, from convenience stores and izakayas to laid-back eateries, making it convenient. Tokyo Station is also about a 25-minute walk away, so for those who want to avoid the crowded morning trains, it's a good idea to enjoy a stroll there. My room was a twin room for single use, and it was spacious and the bed was comfortable, allowing me to relax and enjoy a good night's sleep. It's a convenient hotel with a good balance of location and comfort.
