Rooms on 5th floor with mould in bathroom. Very low standard. Changed room to 3rd floor and had bed bugs when spoken with staff about issue I have been told this is no problem it is just moskito grrrr. Food very low quality the worst food I had ever try in All inclusive hotel. No much drinks in the menu for All inclusive. They was asking me to pay for ice coffe as is not on all inclusive package. No drinks or water top up in your room even when you have all inclusive package. All tables around restaurant very dirty and sticki. On the website they put indoor swimming pool heated and this is a joke. Definetley not 4 star hotel.

Overall the hotel is a ok. The entertainment was poor, one good night out of the 7 we were there. people being allowed to put the towels down early to reserve sun beds. Food option was poor. Keycard for the stopped working 11:00 when check out was 12:00. If you don't mind flies when you eat then this is the place for extra protein. Bed covers too small for beds and the duvet cover which was there was torn.

Our stay at the Grand Cettia Hotel was truly enjoyable. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is always friendly and ready to assist you with any requests. The food is plentiful, and the buffet breakfast was especially delicious. The pools are clean, and there are separate areas for children. The evening entertainment was also quite entertaining. Its central location makes it easy to walk around the area and go shopping. In short, it's a very high-quality hotel for the price, and I highly recommend it. 🌴✨
