⭐ Rating: 1/5 This hotel is definitely not a 5-star spa hotel. Don't be fooled by the pictures or the online reviews. I'm baffled as to how this place gets such excessively positive ratings. We booked 3 days/2 nights. The reception was unprofessional upon arrival, and we didn't feel welcome at all. The hotel had an unpleasant odor, absolutely unworthy of a 5-star establishment, and the comfort factor was nonexistent. The first room was moldy, with significant condensation and visible mold on the windows. After complaining, we were given a different room, but it was about half the size. The spa area must be booked in advance. One hour is free, but anything beyond that costs extra. In which 5-star spa hotel do you pay for the sauna? In the end, we couldn't use the spa area at all because it was constantly booked. The spa area itself is laughable: a tiny sauna, a tiny pool, and three loungers. Definitely not 5 stars, more like embarrassing. ...* ❤️ The bed linens were dirty and bloody, and the rooms were badly worn. The staff was consistently below 5-star standards and completely unprofessional. Breakfast was abysmal: stale bread and a cheap-looking selection. Particularly concerning was the expired butter. Our stay was in early 2026, but the butter was only good until 2025. Check-out was quick and impersonal, with no inquiries about our stay, no apology for the room change, and no apology for any inconvenience. Unprofessional and pathetic. In short: We will never stay at this hotel again. Please think carefully before booking – a true 5-star standard is not present here.

The hotel overlooks a river, the rooms are spacious, and the view is beautiful. The reception was wonderful, with great hospitality. Anastsia welcomed me and did a great job. Lila was a super nice lady; she was very kind and supportive with a lovely attitude. Both of them were really kind to me. 👏 They gave me an upgraded room with a lake view, as well as complimentary drinks and cakes 🍰, which was great too.
