I booked a specific room in June of 2025 for September 2025. I asked if they will match the price quoted on Expedia for that room. reservation is said yes, we do. I'll connect you to the hotel. What they did Was booked May for an ADA room nothing like the room I reserved but of course I have no documentation of that. It's a SCAM. I MET ANOTHER COUPLE WHILE I WAS THERE THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO THEM. THE ADA ROOM IS IN VIOLATION OF NUMEROUS CODES THE ADA SETS FOR HOTELS. I use a can but did not need a ADA room and I barely could get around using a cane. Let alone a wheelchair as they said that room is a wheelchair accessible room. Someone's getting kickbacks to approve not only the ADA rooms but the hotel access For those disabled Especially those individuals that are in a wheelchair. They told me the room had Just been renovated. The room was disgusting. There was hair in my tub. There was dirt all over the bathroom floor whatever flooring they have or call carpet was filthy dirty. I wouldn't put my feet on it without having shoes. The pull out couch was worn to the point you sat on a cushion and you collapsed into the bedding underneath. I spoke with the assistant manager, who told " when we say a room has been newly renovated, that means we've replaced something in the room that needed to be replaced". That's false advertising. There were bugs by the refrigerator. They didn't tell me anything about the credit you get to use within the hotel during your stay. Close to $200 fortunately I spoke with another reservationist just before I left for vacation. This women informed me about this credit you get to use within the hotel. She said they didn't put that on and it should be on there. Let me fix that and she did otherwise the hotel would've gotten away with not letting me have the credit to use during my weeks vacation. They catered to their massive conventions and not to the individuals. Per my attorney I can't go into their other illegal actions which turned my vacation into a TRIP TO HELL! I asked for the names of the owners or the corporation that owns the hotel and they refuse to give me the information. It says writing their site if you have any issues, contact the hotel and ask them for the contact information of the owners. There are numerous hotels that are beautiful, clean and great locations. Don't waste your money. WARNING to anyone that has a disability requiring an ADA room, Especially someone in a wheelchair ! DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION HERE ! You'll have difficulty accessing entry to the hotel as the ramp is steep, and the indoor pool comes off of it, so the floor going up the ramp is constantly wet. You will need to tell them to remove the base of the bed in order for you to be able to transfer on to the bed. The bed was up to my hips, approximately 35 inches high. You would not be able to fit your wheelchair between the bed and the couch in order to transfer into bed. There's no way you could transfer onto the couch. You would need to move a slate table that weighs a ton. The other side of the bed has 8 inches to the wall, just enough to fit your suitcase in. Other than the height of the bed, which the ADA has no regulations on the rest are major violations according to The ADA. My heart goes out to any disabled individual that would have to deal with all of this upon their arrival for a so-called vacation.

Our grown children (with Grandchildren) stayed here during Christmas week. They invited us to enjoy the facilities (pool, restaurant...) the room was real nice. The indoor pool was fun for all of us. We enjoyed lunch at the restaurant. The food was good, our server was really nice. We did have to wait a bit for our order but that's because a large party ordered just before us. I recommend the Grand. Oh and the Winter rates were Great.
