Horrible! I booked and with that I took out the premium option to cancel, etc. On the day I wanted to cancel, they told me they don't give refunds, and the customer service is awful, they just give you the runaround and everyone says something different, it's unacceptable! I do not recommend it.

Room 02 has a little quirk, right by the paper thin door is public toilet so u can hear beautiful sounds and people standing by your door 24/7 ❤️

The cleanliness was mediocre, the bathroom has no ventilation and the smell permeates the room, the double bed is actually two single beds pushed together that separate if you move around too much, the heating was excellent, but the service was mediocre and they weren't very helpful in resolving issues. Even with the door and window closed, you can hear all the noises from the apartment above, the neighboring rooms, and the neighbors, including people shouting during sex as if they were in your room. It's very uncomfortable and definitely NOT suitable for families.
