You go for a coffee and a cake at a bar, but at the reception they tell you that the hotel is booked, it's a shame, Sacherka, you have really good and nice service, but we won't come again.

The hotel is terrible. The service is absolutely disastrous - we have been waiting for the waiters for more than an hour. We have been trying to feed the child for the second hour, which is absolutely unacceptable. Regarding dogs: the hotel description states that dogs are allowed, but in reality you can only be with the dog at the reception, where it is terribly cold and with a strong draft, it feels like you are sitting outside. A total mismatch between what the hotel promises and reality. Zero comfort, zero service. We definitely do not recommend. We will never return to this hotel.
