A hotel in the heart of the city, on a beautiful street and near the square with the Neptune Fountain. The service was fantastic. A special thank you to Lisa, who helped me with my lost luggage. It was clean, everything I needed was within easy reach, and the breakfast was delicious. The coffee was excellent.

Although converted from an 18th-century palace, the Grand Hotel Majestic gia Baglioni exudes classic elegance and refinement, without any sense of antiquity. The hotel rooms maintain the hotel's dreamy and opulent style; from the delicate romantic curtains to the magnificent Murano glass chandeliers, everything showcases a top-tier luxurious atmosphere. I personally loved the all-marble bathroom; it was not only spacious and bright but also had a unique and stylish feel. Besides being a century-old art building, the Grand Hotel Majestic gia Baglioni is conveniently located opposite Bologna Cathedral and just steps away from museums, theaters, and galleries. We were given a room that smelled like the sewer. When the manager went into the room, he claimed he could not smell it. My daughter was up all night listening to the room above barfing all night. They still charged us full price When we went down for breakfast, they accused us of bringing someone from the street with us. We told them we had three rooms and it was our daughter. They were very rude. I ordered a driver and specifically told them 5 people and a baby. They never ordered the baby car seat.
