We visit the hotel many times, having celebrated New Year's there for more than 10 years. We are extremely disappointed with the organization of the New Year's holiday and the overall service in the hotel. It was very cold in the Spa center and throughout the hotel! The organization of New Year's Eve was tragic! Starting with the "holiday menu", which included yellow cheese on a plate, burnt and so tough that you can break your teeth, you can't cut it with a knife and 2 spoons of sour lyutenitsa on top! Yes, lyutenitsa on the New Year's menu! Bonito, cut into huge pieces and salted fish crushed on plates like for pigs! The main thing - a mixture of different types of meat, cut into pieces thrown on mashed potatoes! It was not served and these "dishes" were piled on top of each other on the "holiday table" without being served. The program was shocking!!! Nothing that "Grand Hotel Pomorie" has ever offered its guests! - high-level performers, dancers, presenters, a diverse New Year's Eve with various surprises for the guests, etc. This year, two performers, one of whom - an unheard of and unknowingly screaming, fake-singing singer! We tried several times to contact a manager, administrator or responsible body, but there were none! They were busy dancing on the dance floor and the next day they were completely absent from the hotel! No one takes responsibility! Shock! The food at breakfast - shock! There are no places for people to sit, no utensils! You ask the waiter and he replies that they are washing up! We will stop here because there will not be enough space for us to write! The level of service has been reduced to a minimum. After 10 years of regular visits, we will no longer visit this place! Too bad for the salt pool, which we will miss, too bad for the wonderful hotel, which was our favorite! For the wonderful experiences and emotions here. Too bad for the management, which out of 5 stars corresponds to 1. Look back over the years and realize how you ruined this place!

Everything feels like a deception. The place is very old and obviously nothing is being renovated – they're just raking in the money. The wind from the sea constantly forced the balcony door open, and even with the doors closed, the wind noise was so loud that sleep was impossible. Overall, an absolute nightmare. The price and quality are completely disproportionate.
