The hotel provides excellent service. Personally, I think this is one of the best-service hotels I've ever been to in Europe, and all the staff are very nice. The room is spacious, clean, and well-organized, and the balcony is so lovely that I couldn't resist taking pictures.😆 Most importantly, you can see the Matterhorn from the window. Love it!!
