A disgrace. Three nightmare nights. After an unbelievable journey through the game room, builders at work, rags everywhere, we enter the room and find: Filthy floors, a non-working exhaust fan, a shower with no drain—that is, on the floor itself—and finally, a worn-out plastic curtain. I'll spare you the rest so as not to rant. I'd been there several times years ago, and everything was different. The only thing that's great about the hotel is its size and the stunning view. Everything else isn't four-star. Quite the opposite. Extremely disappointing, with unfulfilled promises. Totally unfair value for money.

The hotel is very nice, the breakfast is good, and the best part was the reception. Alexandra (maybe that's not how it's spelled) was wonderful when I arrived. She explained everything in detail and went out of her way to make sure my stay was very pleasant. Thank you so much!

We went for a night me and my girlfriend , unfortunately there was a mistake from the agency about the kind of room booked, but once speaking with the receptionist, they handled the situation very well, ( the manager on charge Joseph was very professional ) and we decided to stay one more night. The breakfast buffet it’s something amazing , with plenty of choices of foods and a very high quality overall
