Absolutely loved my experience here. The hotel’s location on the Corniche is unbeatable — just steps from the waterfront with stunning views and easy access to the beach and promenade. The Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi is incredibly luxurious and made our stay unforgettable. The service is first-class, and all the staff are extremely kind and friendly. I was particularly impressed by the attentiveness: as a woman, you're treated like a true lady here – for example, the taxi door is always held open for you. The view of the sea is simply breathtaking! Since we're spending our honeymoon here, we even received a lovely little gift from the hotel. We felt completely at ease and would love to come back!

From the very first day, Alex at the reception made us feel genuinely welcome. He was professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful, setting the tone for the entire stay. His positive attitude and willingness to assist with anything we needed made a real difference, and he deserves special recognition. The hotel went above and beyond on my birthday, surprising me with a beautiful handwritten card signed by the staff. It was such a thoughtful and personal gesture, and I was truly impressed by the care and attention to detail. Moments like this show how much the team values their guests, not just as customers but as people. Overall, the service across the hotel was amazing — warm, professional, and consistently high-quality. From reception to daily service, everyone was kind, attentive, and dedicated to making our stay memorable.
