The hotel has a prime location near Taksim Square and at walking distance from Dolmabahce Palace and Tram station, making it easy to explore the city’s main attractions. The staff were friendly, professional, and always eager to assist mainly during breakfast where we had daily pleasant customer care from the responsible of customer relationship. We miss only having more variaties of local food. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, although some of the furniture or curtain are a bit old or not clean and not suitable to the hotel high standing level. The rooms are cleaned everyday and feels comfortable.The windows are not well insulated which leads to the facts that we hear noises from Street. We especially enjoyed the extra paid service of Turkish Hammam and Massage. Summary: we had a very pleasant stay at the Istanbul Grand Hyatt making our trip enjoyable.
