Lacked a previous thorough cleaning of the bathroom, which looked like it wasn't done accordingly (stains in the steelware, like lipstick stains, also no new toilet paper), and even making a late check-in, there were no towels in the room. Considering the price and the 'status' of the hotel, these issues were concerning.
