Constant noise in the room, even with the air conditioner turned off. In one of the rooms something wasn't working and there was very high humidity. I was renting two adjacent rooms, so I can compare. Near the rooms, staff were storing mattresses and extra beds. Some of them had black mold. The floor in the hallway, if it was cleaned at all, was done very poorly. Overall, the hotel did not give the impression of a 5-star establishment.
