I recently stayed here expecting a true 5-star experience, but unfortunately the room felt closer to a 3-star standard. The TV is advertised as a smart TV, but when I asked at reception I was told guests need to bring their own Chromecast to use streaming services, which was disappointing and misleading. There was also no one available at the concierge desk to assist with luggage or basic help when needed. The air conditioning system seems quite old and didn’t work very well, making the room less comfortable than expected. The only real positive is the location, which is very convenient. However, considering the price and the 5-star rating, the overall experience did not feel worth the money.
