The casino is very nice, the food is very good, but they don't have all kinds of cigarettes.

This hotel isn't a holiday resort, but it's an accommodation hotel. I wanted to use the spa services, and it's simply a terrible establishment. I booked an appointment for a scrub, foam bath, and massage. The staff were not just indifferent, they were clueless. They took me to the hammam first, and since they didn't explain anything, I assumed, as everywhere else, that it would be a scrub followed by a massage. Ten minutes later, they came and kicked me out of the hammam at my scheduled appointment time, saying another customer was coming and I had to have the massage first. I objected, saying that a scrub shouldn't be done after a massage because it would leave the body oily and the scrub wouldn't be useful. They said they always do it this way. They took me out of the hammam wet. I changed my clothes again and went for the massage. When I went back to the hammam for the scrub, they didn't do it; someone washed me with foam and sent me away. When I said I wanted a scrub, they said they did it but the dirt didn't come off. It wouldn't come off because you can't scrub with foam. I went there to feel good, but I left stressed because both the spa reception and the staff were clueless and everything was done just for the sake of doing it. I spent my time there, and I left unhappy. Who cares??? I don't recommend the spa section. I've been to other places in Cyprus for massages and hammams. I'm going there and this is the first time I've encountered such a bad establishment. Don't go, you won't get decent service...

It's outrageous that a 5-star hotel would cancel a reservation on the day of arrival, more than a month after booking, simply because of a credit card issue. They didn't even contact me or reply to my emails. I had to pay almost double the price to stay at another hotel and avoid losing my trip.
