The location is great, right in the city center. The breakfast was decent. However, the room was a bit worn and unsatisfactory. The furniture, including the nightstand, was dusty, and the desk had a bad smell. The bathtub was also a bit dirty. The bedding was clean.

Located in the heart of Montecatini. The bus stops 50 meters away, so you'll need to drag your luggage along. The lobby is very spacious. There's one elevator. Keys are required. The rooms are relatively old. There's a separate restaurant for groups - the menu includes scrambled eggs, sausages, fruit bread, etc.. Coffee pot available, but no free bottled water. The hotel is located in the city center, so it's subject to a curfew from 7:40 to 8:20 PM. There's a good selection of pizza and beer nearby, and a supermarket is a 5-minute walk away.
