A nice hotel, spacious rooms, clean. Helpful also. We even got some extra food as a kindly gift. A great area to stay (quiet), enough restaurants nearby.

A hotel in the city center. A pleasant experience for my children and me. I stayed on a weekend, and I didn't arrive until after 9 AM for breakfast. This is where I experienced some unpleasant things. Many of the food was empty, and the cutlery was also empty. Dirty plates were scattered on tables, untidy by the staff, and there were almost no empty tables that had been cleaned. I asked one of the staff where I could get cutlery, but unfortunately, she just casually answered "there," while pointing, without really paying attention or trying to find what I needed. Around 10 AM, the previously empty food was available, but I was no longer interested, especially since breakfast was almost over. The food was delicious, but I was a little disappointed with the unresponsive service from the staff. I didn't receive a check-out call until I confirmed at 12:30 PM that I would be checking out late at 1:00 PM. Hopefully, they'll provide better service next time.
