Huge disappointment. The hotel was okay, however the price and performance were absolutely not the same. The staff was nice, but there was a lot of chaos and inexperience, and unfortunately there were too few of them, so they couldn't keep up. There should be at least 50 percent more workers in this hotel. For the kind of money that the hotel demands and calls itself a 5-star hotel, it's really not true, I'm curious if it can hold its own. We are definitely planning another trip in the summer and we'll wait until the prices are cheaper than in the season and try to see if they have improved or are still the same. I didn't like: Service, cleaning, professionalism and attitude of the staff, prices do not match the quality and offer, so cheaper, children's corner open more than 3 hours a day, one day it wasn't at all. Quality of coffee for breakfast.

This was my third time staying at this hotel with my two children. The rooms are remarkable – large, clean, and comfortably furnished. The mattresses are very good. The adult spa is okay, but admittedly a bit outdated, and some of the relaxation areas are uncomfortable. The new children's spa is fantastic. The fitness area is also very good. Unfortunately, bathrobes are in short supply – once again, we only received two despite booking three, and both were XXL. When we asked for children's bathrobes, we waited 30 minutes, then the receptionist said they would bring them personally – which never happened. The service in general is okay, but for this price range, one would expect more. There's a modern, great cinema in the hotel, which can be booked privately. At €30 per night, the parking isn't cheap. Breakfast is great, dinner is okay, but the taste could be improved. They recently introduced a children's buffet, which I found completely unconvincing.
