Our stay at Grand Velas Riviera Maya was fantastic from start to finish. The resort itself had immaculate grounds, incredible food, and a level of service that truly sets it apart as a luxury experience. A special shoutout to Luis at the Grand Class pool bar - he was phenomenal. Always friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what he does. He made every visit to the pool bar feel welcoming and memorable. Another huge thank you to Orlando from the karaoke bar. He brought such great energy, made everyone feel comfortable, and provided top-tier service all night. The staff at Grand Velas genuinely goes above and beyond, and Luis and Orlando are perfect examples of why this resort is so special. We can’t wait to return!

I spent New Year's Eve there to ring in 2026, and it was a magical experience. I absolutely loved the group of magicians who performed; every single one of them was fantastic. It's clear they're top-notch and incredibly talented. Each act was highly professional and truly magical. They left me speechless, unable to blink. Every time I tried to understand what was happening, they surprised me with something new. I don't know how they manage to create such a powerful feeling. There were several acts, so to speak. I hope they repeat these mind-blowing shows! All the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about you. The food and drinks were out of this world! Everything was delicious, and the recommendations from the waiters and bartenders were spot on. You can even tell them your specific preferences, and they're always spot on. The hotel is beautiful; no matter which way you look, everything is gorgeous. The activities are entertaining, fun, and very educational. My stay was very satisfying. Congratulations to everyone who is part of this incredible place. I wish you all the best in making your dreams come true.
