Arrived at motel after paying for a room. Reception was unattended. No number on the door or around the reception to contact anyone. I received no confirmation of what room number I was in. Noticed there was keys laying under doormats of multiple rooms (which we unattended) Made multiple attempts to contact the landline found on the website which rang out and went to a voicemail. Waited 40 minutes for someone to contact me. When they finally rang me back the lady was rude and dismissive. Told me there was no booking under my name. Ordered I check that I booked the right year. Would not listen to me when I was trying to explain I had booked and paid for the room and had now left the premises as I was unable to access a room. Highly unprofessional. There was 2 other people there at the same time who experienced the same thing. Would not recommend to anyone

The outdoor areas, including the pool, give it a slightly more holiday-style feel compared to more utilitarian motels. Staff were friendly and efficient, check-in was straightforward, and there were no surprises during the stay — always a good sign. Location works well for getting around Dubbo by car without being stuck in heavy traffic. Not a luxury stay, but it’s clean, peaceful, and comfortable, which makes it a strong choice for couples, families, or anyone wanting a quieter night’s rest. Best for: relaxed stays, families, couples, road-trip breaks Not for: people wanting ultra-modern or boutique accommodation
