It's very small. For people who just want to sleep. Sannomiya Station is nearby. There are plenty of izakayas and gourmet spots.

I stayed in a single room for work. My first impression when I entered the room was that it was small. The desk was also small and covered in pamphlets and hotel information (I ended up putting them all under the desk). The TV was about 19 inches, mounted on the wall at my feet when I lay in bed. It could watch both terrestrial and satellite channels. The room was small, but the unit bathroom extended directly into it, and the ceiling was low! I'm 180cm tall, so there was only about 10cm of space between me and the ceiling, meaning I had to bend down to rinse out the shampoo. However, the shower head, faucets, and other fixtures were new. The mirror in the bathroom only showed my face from my mouth down, so I had to bend down to style my hair, or use the full-length mirror just outside the bathroom (however, there were no outlets near the mirror, so styling my hair while using a hair dryer was not possible). The bed was fine, but not bad. (It's good considering I'm sleeping in a capsule hotel.) Next time...?

The walls are thin, so you can hear everything from voices talking in the next room and in the hallway to footsteps. I could even hear the guest in the next room vomiting, which was the worst. The toilet smells so bad that when you get in the bathtub and your face is at toilet level, you can smell it. It's been a while since I've had such a bad hotel experience. Toyoko Inn is better because there's no noise from the walls.
