The good news first: the location is fantastic! It's practically right next to Victoria Station, with plenty of bus connections. Unfortunately, the apartment is quite run-down, with stains on the chairs and sofa bed. There's far too little crockery and cutlery. These are things that could easily be replaced or improved. We booked through Airbnb, but the pictures of the kitchen and dining area shown there are different from what's actually there. It's similar, but it must be a different apartment. Currently, the apartment isn't available to book on Airbnb. On our travel dates in October 2024, a maintenance company was scheduled to come by to check the smoke detectors, and they asked if we could open the door. I declined, as we were on vacation and didn't want strangers in the apartment, nor did I want our vacation time wasted on something like that.
