AMAZING 4-nights stay in August 2025 booked w/ Booking.com (but we forgot to post a review on time, so posting it here)! 🌿LOCATION: literally on Playa de Muro Beach w/ direct access, Sector 1 (public showers available). Lots of shops, restaurants, buses in walking distance of 150 meters. 🌿FOOD buffet is incredible w/ a large range of choices, w/ healthy, veggie, vegan options too. 🌿RECEPTION: warm, professional, willing to help us at every interaction. 🌿ROOM: our double room was on 4th floor facing the beach (can't remember exactly if it was no. 438 or 448), pretty & spacious. Room service was impeccable. 🌿THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING, WE WILL BE BACK !!

We spent 10 days at the hotel with half-board. The hotel is old. Everything is worn out, some things are broken, and some are dirty. The worst thing, however, was the food—be warned, it was unappetizing. The one star is for the great location on the beach.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful grounds. The hotel is located directly on the seafront on a lovely sandy beach. We didn't try the swimming pool. Unfortunately, it can get very noisy in the rooms. We initially had a room in the main building, on the second floor, opposite the entertainment area. In the evenings, there was children's entertainment first, followed by entertainment for adults. Sleeping or watching a movie was out of the question. As cyclists, we always went to bed early to be able to start our rides early in the morning. That wasn't possible with that room. However, after asking, we were given a room on the other side, where we unfortunately didn't get any sun at that time of year. At least it was quieter. We found the food to be quite good. The buffet is huge, and you can always find something tasty. However, the quality dropped significantly in the second week (the last week before the winter break). It seemed like they were just finishing off leftovers. We found the opening hours a bit limited in the evening (6:00 PM - 8:30 PM) – very early opening and closing times. If you want breakfast before 7:45 AM, a limited buffet is available (bread, cheese, ham, muesli, and drinks – no jam, eggs, fruit, or yogurt, which is a bit of a shame as these are easy to serve). The spa area was quite nice, although the water was a little cold for my taste. One of the saunas wasn't working. The hotel has an attached Hürzeler bike station where you can easily store your bicycle (storage is included in the price if you rent from Hürzeler). Overall, the hotel could use a bit of a renovation. The staff were friendly and helpful.
