I would like to congratulate your hotel for the understanding and professionalism you have shown during the current war situation affecting the Middle East. Several of my friends had reservations with your hotel and were unable to travel due to flight disruptions in the UAE. Despite these exceptional and difficult circumstances, your team showed empathy and flexibility by offering them full refunds. Gestures like this truly demonstrate what hospitality and customer care should look like during challenging times. Unfortunately, I chose another hotel (Skio) for my reservation, and my experience was very different. While your hotel and a few others clearly understood the seriousness of the situation and supported their guests, my booking was not treated with the same understanding, even though the circumstances are related to a major regional conflict affecting travel. Your actions show that your hotel values people, not just reservations. This is the kind of professionalism and genuine hospitality that travelers remember and appreciate. Well done to your team for handling such a difficult situation with integrity and care. I sincerely wish I had made my reservation with you instead. Congratulations for treating your customers with true hospitality and respect.

What was good: The hotel is located right on the main slope which is awesome The food in the breakfast was good Great sauna Now where I had a problem: The rooms are extra dark sometimes I had to use a flash light The rooms were a bit dirty The room was not cleaned daily The hallway of the rooms are designed as a parking lot (really weird) In the overall experience we had fun but the 5 star hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel 3 at best What was good: The hotel is located right on the main slope, which is awesome. We went there me and my friends we stayed for only one night, but the place was awesome. They had a great restaurant with great view in the apartment, but the special thing they had was the warm pool outdoor to see the view during winter. This was one of my most beautiful moments in my life to see this experience.
