We stayed just one night. We were greeted by Mrs. Aurelia, who was very kind; our room was ready by 9:30. The quadruple room had a kitchenette (coffee maker and kettle), a double bed, and a sofa bed. Everything was clean and smelled good. There was a courtesy kit in the bathroom, which, although we didn't use it, I found very useful. The location is very central, especially if you're traveling with children. Highly recommended.

Okay, this is ridiculous. It's an apartment divided into rooms but charged at 4-star prices. The only positive point is the location; otherwise, it's a rip-off (see photo).

It's more of a guesthouse in a multi-family building than a typical hotel. Reception is only open until 1:00 PM, but the owner sends detailed videos with instructions on how to get in, along with codes and a key drop-off point for guests – making check-in hassle-free. The rooms are small but cozy, clean, and well-maintained, each with its own bathroom. The downside is poor soundproofing – you can hear what's happening in the adjacent rooms. The property is on the fourth floor, but there are two elevators, so access isn't a problem. The location is excellent – right in the center, close to everything. The price is very reasonable for Rome. There is parking (presumably public), although it's usually quite busy – it's easier to find a free space in the evening. In summary: a clean and affordable guesthouse in a great location. A good choice for those who want to stay in the center of Rome and don't expect hotel amenities or complete silence.
