We booked this place out of necessity, and unfortunately that showed in every possible way. We arrived in winter with freezing temperatures outside to find our window wide open and the heating completely turned off. When we complained, we were told there was nothing they could do because the heating was centrally controlled and that it would be warmer when we returned later. We came back around 10 p.m. to a room that was still freezing cold (around 12°C), with the radiator still cold. Again, we were told there was nothing that could be done and that we would have to live with it. After a long and exhausting discussion, we were given another room. In this room the heating was running at full power, but the window had been left open, so the room was completely chilled as well. Because the room had already cooled down so much, we had to sleep fully clothed. This room was then presented to us as an “upgrade” because it was a triple room instead of a twin room — which is absurd. It was not an upgrade in any sense. As the photos show, the condition of the room was absolutely terrible. It was dirty, old, broken and simply disgusting. The furniture was worn down, there were stains on the walls and on the bed fabric, paint was crumbling off the walls, and everything looked neglected. The wardrobes were in terrible condition, and overall the room felt unhygienic and miserable. At the beginning of our stay, we also had to argue with the staff because they claimed the booking had not been paid yet, even though it clearly had been prepaid. Because the room had very high ceilings and had been cold for so long due to the open window, it was still freezing the next morning. We were then given a portable heater, but it was so old and dirty that we were honestly afraid to even turn it on, fearing it might be unsafe. The location itself is okay. We did not try the breakfast, as the experience with the room and the hotel overall was more than enough. After reading other negative reviews, I can only say that I agree 100%. I would never, ever, ever stay here again. Calling this a “hotel” is far too generous — it is nothing more than a rundown, neglected building.

We stayed this week, from December 29th to January 2nd. Upon arrival, they let us check in early in exchange for a good review, which I've had to delete because it's necessary. The room has a portable toilet like the ones in caravans. When we arrived, it was filthy, with small hairs in the toilet bowl. Showering was a nightmare, not because the room was small, but because it was disgusting to even step inside. I showered with a bag over my feet so I wouldn't touch anything. Furthermore, the pillows were incredibly uncomfortable, not to mention the mattress, where the springs were digging into us. The entire room was carpeted, which was disgusting. I only walked on it with socks on because they DON'T clean it. Secondly, something super IMPORTANT like heating: they didn't turn it on. On the first day, I told the staff, who were very nice by the way, that I needed them to turn on the heating because it was freezing in the room. We were staying on the ground floor. They explained that the heating came on at 6 PM, but I waited anyway, and nothing. The heating was on the lowest setting, so you couldn't even feel it. The radiator was cold in the middle of winter, and it was like that every day. For breakfast, they served bread with butter and jam, and a few cereals with milk, and that was it. A rather meager and simple breakfast, but it was okay. Honestly, the best thing about the hotel is the location. The metro is a 9-minute walk away, which is great. There's also a bike station, which is really cool for getting around. Frankly, I think they're pretty foolish not to have such fundamental and basic things like cleanliness, heating, and quality items like the pillows and the bed. It would be a 10/10 hotel for the price, but it isn't, and they're missing out on a lot. If those things don't bother you, it's a good hotel, but it's true that the quality and cleanliness are not good at all.
