Room on the 6th floor, opposite the entrance, with a balcony, double soundproofing windows, and a queen-size bed. Everything was very efficient, and despite the lively nightlife just below the hotel, the soundproofing was excellent. The minibar was well-stocked and effective. The color TV was a bit sluggish. Adjustable air conditioning was excellent. Desk service was good, although the English spoken wasn't exactly Oxford-level English. You have to take into account the local accent and the staff, who often come from other countries. However, everyone made themselves understood. The bus stop for both the airport and Valletta is about 400 meters away. Supermarkets are nearby, but beware: food prices, both in restaurants and supermarkets, are a good 40% higher than in Italy. The spa is good, although I would like to offer two suggestions to the management: 1) absolutely ban both the use of smartphones and loud noises, and constantly monitor for rude guests. The spa is a place of relaxation, and there's no point in hearing people talking loudly or watching videos on social media at full volume. 2) the temperature of the indoor pool in the spa should be 3 or 4 C° higher in winter to ensure a pleasant immersion.
