4 stars? Haha, 1 asterisk and a fleeting one. I don't even know where to begin. We went there to spend New Year's Eve thinking everything would live up to the hype, and nothing could be further from the truth. The room overlooked a grimy concrete wall (luckily we didn't get one with a cemetery view). The bed sheets were just pieces of curtain older than the mummies. Uncomfortable and high beds. One of the lamps in the "castle of darkness" was hanging by a thread. Ancient sink. Endless queues for lunch and dinner. Terrible organization and the food was repetitive and awful. We thought they were preparing for the New Year's Eve dinner, but that was even worse. We waited two hours to get into the dining room only to find the same food as in the other dining areas, with the addition of a few canapés and prawns. The traditional twelve grapes were eaten in the hotel bar, and to add insult to injury, the obvious thing to do was turn on the TV and watch the countdown, but nope. The poor DJ put up a projector with a picture of last year's New Year's Eve countdown in the background and rang in the new year a cappella, hahaha. We couldn't believe it. We got the all-inclusive package (besides paying an arm and a leg for New Year's Eve), but be warned, it's not all-inclusive, and the bar drinks are brands no one's ever heard of, with very little variety. The soft drinks are on tap. The spa, if you can even call it that, is a puddle in plain sight. Be careful about bringing certain belongings because… surprise! My boyfriend gave me pajamas, and when I went to put them on, they were gone, mysteriously disappeared, and when we went to report it, it turned out it was our fault, hahaha. They did refund us, though, although it was a struggle, because I had the receipt; otherwise, they wouldn't have done that. Anyway… there are hostels with a much better quality than this dump of a hotel. Don't waste your money going there. EVERYTHING WAS AWFUL!!!

A disaster. Four coaches arrived from Zaragoza and it was like a jungle. A disaster: noise, chaos, something unreal, madness. Bad beds, bad showers. A shameful business owner for Lloret and Catalonia. A bad image.
