This was my fourth stay in one of the "studios." Unfortunately, this was by far the worst visit. There were long black hairs on the floor in and around the shower, as well as hairs on the sink. On the second morning, I was greeted by three silverfish in the bathroom. Why there was no coffee table in front of the sofa is beyond me. I had to put the stool in front of the bed to work on my laptop. If you're unlucky, you end up paying the €10 parking fee for a 5-minute walk from your car to the hotel. Breakfast is very meager, and the "rolls" are simply an insult.

A very nice business hotel. The rooms are large and spacious, with plenty of room at the table to work on a laptop. The Wi-Fi is consistently fast. The bed and bathroom are fresh and clean. The breakfast was very good, with a wide selection; there's something for everyone. A bonus is the 24-hour coffee from a fully automatic machine and a large selection of teas.

The stay itself was excellent in every respect – the room, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff were impeccable. Unfortunately, there was one issue that, in my opinion, was not handled in a customer-oriented manner. In December, the hotel informed me of a data breach at an external service provider. Since then, I have repeatedly received phishing emails and messages specifically referencing the data I provided during my booking. The main point of criticism is not the incident itself, but how it was handled: • I was referred to the management upon arrival. • I was not given a contact address for the management. • The email address listed in the legal notice is unreachable. • There was no response whatsoever to my contact request via the contact form. Despite multiple attempts and a deadline being set, I have received no feedback or resolution to this day. This is very disappointing, as the stay itself was actually very good – but the way this issue was handled is frustrating. I continue to hope that management will contact me and facilitate a fair resolution.
