This is our second stay at H20, and I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. First, the staff is terrific. The people at the front are warm and helpful, and clearly love their island and want you to too. They greet you with champagne and send you off with a gift, you really feel appreciated as a guest. We adore Willfred, who always has a smile along with an idea or suggestion, often for a local gem like the delicious Cuban place he sent us to (El Siboney). The housekeeping staff is present and attentive, and they provide a lovely turndown service and water throughout your stay. Our room was always clean and had a crisp, delightful smell to it. And we were never woken up by vacuuming or a too-early housekeeping knock. We learned many people choose to stay at the north end of Duvall and surrounding neighborhood, but we've really liked the south end on our visits. You can still easily stroll to Duvall just a block from the hotel to be immediately in the action, but from the hotel the iconic Southernmost Point is also just a few blocks away, as well as a couple resorts with some of the nicer restaurants and beachfront access. Nearby is a giant neighborhood park that hosts artist and farmers markets. There's the delightful Tipsy Rooster which has live music most nights, and Frenchie's which is great for breakfast or coffee and pastries, and the tourist favorite Butterfly Conservatory. It's all super walkable. The piers in old town are within a 10-15min walk, and there are a ton of other gems within a few blocks of the hotel. If you can, opt for one of the rooms with the private soaking pools. A ton of the rooms have them, and after walking and playing all day slipping into the pool for a quick cooldown, perhaps with a glass of wine from the complimentary bottle in your room, is second to none before bed. There is also a rooftop pool and small bar, and it's open pretty late for a hotel pool, offering another option if you don't book a pool room. Definitely will return to this exemplary property on our next trip to Key West!

A nice oasis close to everything. Great pool and mini pool at the room. Super sweet staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. Their white sangria tops it off.
