Hacienda Beach Sozopol

I don't see anything four-star in this hotel First of all, we were greeted by a friendly, beautiful parking lot, we parked the car and at that moment a guard appeared who said: "this is the boss's place" - my favorite line. We asked where to park and it turned out that it was basically a parking lot for their people and we should get out. It was important for us to have parking, so we had asked in advance if there was one - they said we DO have one. Yes, they do - we paid 15 leva per night, something that looked like a dump surrounded by a net-duster and they fenced off the garbage, but Uncle Ganyo put up a barrier and collects money, the car was worthless, as were my shoes, but we were forced to because there was no way we could leave the car outside, and according to the reception "they put fines there". 2nd, when we asked why they didn't tell us that the parking was paid, when we called to ask if they had parking, the answer was: It wasn't me, as compensation I will give you an umbrella to use for the beach, which was pure mockery. 3rd - the rooms are a complete corpse Sand on the floor, dirty bathtub, smelly air conditioner, dust on the doors, you can literally press anything. A crappy shower gel dispenser that can barely be squeezed There is no TV in the bedroom, no wardrobe, no bedside tables, no adequately accessible sockets, no mosquito nets, no opening windows. The air conditioners were on the terrace, there is no chance to sit down and drink something there. 4th - I don't know if there is a worse coffee than this for breakfast, and for 4 leva at the bar you will drink a lavaca capsule - a terrible luxury. 5th - the pool closes at 6:00 PM. I've never seen anything like this. At 6:00 PM, the sun is still out, it's warm, the kids are playing and hop, get out of the pool, take off the umbrella.... eeeeee am I on vacation or camping with some lady. There was no water at the reception, only in the restaurant, we ran out of water and thank God a nice Ukrainian woman took pity on us and poured us some from the dispenser in the restaurant, there are no shops nearby. Overall, a pretty stupid hotel, and I would ask the "boss" who is guarding his place to park in that kind of parking lot and make his kids walk through this abomination and then go and leave some 150 leva at the reception. Oh, villagers. People, don't give your money away, they don't even have conditions for 2 stars.

Food: We're forced to choose all-inclusive when checking out, yet it's poorly executed. The selection isn't that extensive, often old or undercooked items, frozen, artificial, and often lacking even regular ham and cheese (though there is salami). Lunch dishes are also expected at breakfast and dinner. The water is a bit strange, only available from filter machines. You can drink coffee/tea. The teas are okay, but not the coffee. There's also a bar with free spirits (we didn't try them). Location: The hotel is nice, but a bit run-down. The rooms are okay and spacious. The main drawback is the bathrooms, which have poor ventilation, which makes them slow to dry. The annoying shape of the wooden sink also made daily life difficult. The service is polite.
