Absolutely not a family friendly hotel. Pool hours very limited for children. Poor breakfast, staff with an attitude and poor selection for a 5* hotel. Impossible to get into Palma without a rental car. Constant construction surrounding the hotel, run down tennis courts, random abandoned, buildings when driving in - without any information whats going on.

The accommodation's furnishings are outdated and in need of modernization. Room service is irregular and not very thorough; often only the beds are made and the towels are changed.

A truly wonderful 5-star hotel that mostly lives up to its rating. The interior is beautifully designed and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and varied, with plenty of options for everyone. Special praise goes to the young man at the reception – I don’t know his name, but he was extremely kind and professional.The staff also quickly arranged a room change for us when the beds didn’t suit us, which we really appreciated. The location is perfect – close to Palma and the airport, ideal for both short and long stays. The surroundings are lovely and peaceful. On the downside, some plates at breakfast were not properly clean, and no one came to offer coffee or tea, which you would normally expect in a 5-star hotel. There was also a slightly odd smell in the room, and the walls are quite thin, so we could hear people partying next door late into the night.
