Despite a somewhat bumpy start – there was unfortunately construction noise upon arrival and during the first night – this shouldn't be overemphasized. Far more important is the human interaction, and that was truly exceptional here. Sara reacted immediately, spoke openly and solution-oriented with us, and offered an alternative that we were able to accept right away. This allowed us to then enjoy our vacation completely relaxed and to the fullest. A huge thank you to Sara and the entire team! The cleaning staff also deserve special praise – they are truly invaluable: always impeccably organized, thorough, and consistently friendly. And most importantly: a genuine smile, no matter how dreary the weather outside. I would also like to give special mention to the pool attendant. I've met many people, but rarely someone so incredibly positive and warm-hearted. He truly does everything to ensure that you can enjoy every single minute at the hotel – with genuine passion and warmth. The spa team also works extremely diligently and professionally. A heartfelt thank you for the wonderful service. Overall, a wonderful stay with a team that impressed with their humanity, dedication, and positive energy. We would love to come back again!

Haian Beach Hotel & Spa in Da Nang is a beautiful beachfront gem with a stunning lobby, perfect location, infinity pool kids adored, excellent breakfast spreads, and amazingly attentive staff—everything within 5 minutes' walk, delivering top service that makes us eager to return. Positives The lobby impresses with its beautiful design and ample sitting spaces, creating a welcoming vibe from the start. Staff were outstanding—always attentive, greeting us every time we passed, and constantly checking on our needs to ensure the best experience for our family of four (kids aged 6 and 9). Location is ideal, with plenty of restaurants nearby, the beautiful beach right in front, and the top-floor infinity pool a hit that the kids loved every minute of. Standout Service Breakfast offered a great spread of Western, Vietnamese, and Indian options, well-attended in the restaurant without any fuss. Afternoon tea from 2-4 PM had a solid selection too. Hotel surprised us with a luxury vehicle drop-off to the airport—unexpected and appreciated. Service overall stayed true to its high rating, making us want to come back again. Conclusion A beautiful place with nice location, amazing breakfast, great pool, and service that exceeds expectations—we'd happily stay here again.
